Custom Uniforms

Uniforms are produced in-house and feature the PSG Hospitality logo, and feature distinct "SECURITY" or "RSA MARSHAL" text. Depending on weather and/or venue requirements, personnel may wear button-down shirts, jackets, or high-visibility vests.

Identification

Security personnel are required to display their security licence visibly at all times. Armband badge holders are used to ensure identification is clear, secure, and compliant with NSW licensing regulations. This practice reinforces both transparency and public trust.

Presentation Standards

Personnel are expected to arrive on site clean, well-groomed, and professionally presented. Uniform hygiene is treated as a matter of operational discipline. Garments are routinely washed and inspected to maintain consistency in appearance across teams.

All security staff are issued Kenwood 3710X two-way radios with venue-appropriate earpieces tailored to site acoustics and discretion needs. Private channels maintain confidentiality, prevent interference, and support efficient coordination.

Tally Counters

Where crowd control or capacity monitoring is required, staff use calibrated tally counters and clickers to track guest entry and movements. This allows for accurate reporting, risk oversight, and adherence to venue-specific safety thresholds.

Security Notebook

Each team member carries an A6 notebook tailored to NSW regulations. It includes quick-reference inserts for Ask for Angela, intoxication signs, 50-metre exclusion cards, and incident templates, supporting decision-making and licence compliance on the ground.
