Patiare, our Training and Performance Manager, brings 25 years of senior experience across security, emergency response, and event operations. He designs and delivers training from induction to specialist upskilling, building capability, confidence, and consistency so that every team member is prepared and aligned to our standards.

All personnel complete a standardised report after each shift, covering key observations, crowd behaviour, access control, WHS matters, and incidents. Reports are submitted digitally for review by PSG management and venue supervisors, supporting issue tracking and a clear operational record.

Incident Reporting
Guards are trained to report security-related events promptly, including unauthorised access, altercations, medical issues, alarms, or damage. Reports include time, location, involved parties, actions taken, and evidence such as images or CCTV. Major incidents are escalated in real time via phone or SMS.

Auscomply Integration
Reporting is managed through Auscomply, our central compliance and incident system. Guards submit reports in real time, creating secure records that support tracking, legal protection, and post-event review. All activity is logged, accessible to management, and aligned with venue-specific requirements.

Our Control Room operates around the clock to coordinate staffing, respond to incidents, and support field operations in real time.
